I'm the type of person that gets an idea and can't let it go until it becomes reality. Right now that idea is a window box- two to be exact. I LOVE them, especially the idea of updating for each season. I found lots of pictures with great ideas throughout the year.
Spring and Summer:
*Ferns like this remind me of the "weeping willow" fireworks.
*You can't go wrong with pumpkins. Especially white ones.
*Kale: I noticed that Chicago and NYC have huge planters with kale in the fall and winter. Last year I had kale in a pot in our kitchen and Christopher asked me if it was for a salad.
Only one idea for winter because I really don't want to think about the cold:
So there you have it... beautiful window boxes. Hopefully in a few weeks/months (??) I'll have my own!
