I've been searching for inspiration for Christmas tablescapes. My mother-in-law is letting me help set the table for Christmas Eve!! I'm using some items that I already have, but I'm doing a little shopping as well. Here's my in-laws' table:
My tentative plan is to use two apothecary jars that I already have:
Two glass pedestals
Votive candles (already have these)
Two or three julep vases (maybe filled with white poinsettia flowers)
Aside from ornaments and mini pine cones, I'm also considering filling the jars with:
Birch Clippings (also already have).
For the center of the table, I want to find either a large footed bowl or a large apothecary jar. My only concern is that whatever I use or find isn't so tall that the we can't see across the table to one another. Hobby Lobby has a LOT of options, all 50% off. Their ornaments are all 50% off this week too for anyone interested!!!
Questions, comments, concerns???? :)
XOXO,
Kelly
Gold julep vases + white poinsettias = perfect. Do you have a good resource for those little julep vases in the photo? I really love them!
ReplyDeleteLOVE your MIL's table!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteJust a reminder, Poinsettias are poisonous to dogs – so keep in mind if you’re arranging them around Miss Luca Bear!
