This week has been of the extra-stressful variety. I could use a day of pampering. I've been thinking of having my own in-home spa day this weekend. If I do attempt this, one item I will most certainly use is Philosophy's Microdelivery in-home peel.
I love this product because you can FEEL it working- and it feels good. The crystals aren't too harsh for my (very) sensitive skin, and the whole process takes less than five minutes.
Do you have any favorite face masques?
**Do you have any good recommendations for hair treatments? I'm really strongly considering this in-home spa day.... or at least an in-home spa hour.
Happy Friday. Hallelujah. Holy shit*.
*Sorry for the bad word, Mom and Dad. It was necessary; I promise.
Shame on you.........You forgot "Where's the Tylenol"
ReplyDeleteOr maybe, "Where's the wine"...haha!
ReplyDeleteAs far a great face mask/treatments, I really like the Bliss Steep Clean mask and the Philosophy "The Oxygen Peel". :) have a great weekend!

I've tried this before and really liked it! Lately I've either been using the Andalou grapefruit peel mask (when I want something hydrating), or a huge jar of French green clay powder (when I have been oily).
ReplyDeleteYou know what I've been doing lately for a hair treatment? Organic almond oil. I comb a bunch through my hair, put it up in a bun, then hang out for a while (eat dinner, watch TV, whatever). Then I go shower (sometimes it takes two shampoos), condition as usual, and blow my hair out. It's well conditioned for dayyyys. FYI though, my hair is very long, thick, and naturally wavy. I'm not sure this would work if you have oily hair!
