Oops, I did it Again...

I fell in love with another home in Indianapolis- AGAIN. I've become quite the house-whore. *Sorry, Mom , for using the "w word" in my blog. I'm using the word creatively and not literally, though. Sorry again.

Anyways, the home is GORGEOUS! The bathrooms all need redone, but I can deal with that. The kitchen actually reminds me a little bit of ours (minus our island), and the exterior is to die for (in my opinion at least).

*I'm envisioning pumpkins on top of the doorway in the fall...

Have I ever mentioned how much I love copper overhangs??!

LOVE the built-ins! You can't see from this photo, but there's a window seat. I would have a cushion made for it!!!!

Love the bay window!

I'd be changing the sink and faucet ASAP (pending approval from Mr. Frankel).

Wouldn't it be fun if the subway tile went to the ceiling?!?

If our house was sold (it's not even on the market), I'd be chaining myself to the screen porch so no one else could buy it.
*Christopher just told me that I'm not allowed to go look at this home because I wouldn't be able to hide how much I love it, and they'd never come down in price once they knew. Oops. What are your thoughts? Am I overzealous!?

  5. What a sec, you live in Indy? I didn't know. I grew up in Jasper, went to school at IU, frequented Indy often... xo!

  6. Indy is a fabulous city! I lived there for 6 years (all through college and beyond). Butler/Tarkington neighborhoods are amazing and anything along Meridian is beautiful. Head north and check out Carmel for fun artsy shops and beautiful homes. And head to Broadripple for the best food. Enjoy hunting!
