We're on to Day 2 of sharing 29 of my must-have products. In the last year I finally started wearing lipstick- for the first time in my life. I started out with pretty basic nudes, and then I went to the other end of the spectrum and purchased Heat Wave. I pretty much only wore Heat Wave in the comfort of my own home; I'm not very brave still when it comes to lipstick. Then, this fall I discovered Revlon's new line of ColorBurst Lip Butter. I was an instant fan. It's inexpensive, and the quality is great. If you're looking for a matte or semi-matte color, these are not it, but if you want something semi-glossy, but still of the lipstick variety in fun, flirty colors and don't want to invest an arm and leg (or just more than $7), these are a great option!
Currently, I own three of the colors (top right photo).
Flirty lip colors are all the rage lately, and while I'm still not yet completely brave when it comes to wearing bright lip colors, I don't find myself running to the restroom at work to wipe off my lipstick and replace it with chap stick quite as often (yes, I've actually done that on multiple occasions). I'm making progress, people-- albeit at a snail's pace.
I tried to find matches for the three colors I personally own. *Disclaimer: these photos are not of the actual Revlon lip colors, but they're close (in my opinion).

I just bought the creamsicle color last night! Its a pale peach (and will look way better with a tan) but its still fun.
